Seen a lot of movies about breaking into places, cracking the safe, and busting out as millionaires? Wonder how you do it? Well, HowStuffWorks, has some help for you. First we have a lot of information about Safe Cracking. Including knowing the combination before hand (maybe easier than you think), figuring out the combo by sound, figuring out the combo by drilling and camera, or just plain out blowing the damn thing up. But you know to get at the safe, you either need to have a clever way of sneaking in or... you have to pick some locks. How convenient that HowStuffWorks also has something about lock picking. And if you're going to embark on a life of crime, why don't you also read up on anti-shop lifting devices so you can shoplift too?

One thing I noticed about racism that really bothers me is how there seems to be a double standard. And I don't mean reverse racism (which is a problem too, but I think it's relatively minor). The problem I have with racism is it's treated differently when it targets a group with a strong political influence versus a group with a weak one.

African Americans and Jews have political power. That's why you don't see much public racism against them. There would be a huge amount of backlash and most media would refrain from that. Unfortunately, this doesn't hold true for racism against Asians/Asian-Americans. The American media/public feels free to negatively portray Asians; They receieve a little backlash, but little else.

This article has a useful map of places where you're most likely to get abducted by aliens if you're in the United Kingdom. So what are you waiting for?

John Stone as a fat guy who decided he didn't want to be fat anymore. So he started eating healthy and working out like mad. Well, he got some incredible results and he made a web site about how he accomplished it and his routines. It's really impressive - but he was hard core to get to that point. It only took him like 3-4 months to get from fat to pretty damn cut and buff.

Match.com's Physical attraction test. It's kind of interesting. Basically it'll ask you a lot of questions about what body types you like, ask you to judge how attracted you are to certain photos, and ask you to judge how turned off you are by certain photos. Then it'll give you a report. Of course it's not THAT useful since it seems kind of hokey, but it's still pretty interesting nonetheless. It uses Flash. You're supposed to be over 18 to do it, but whatever. And it asks for your email address, but I'm not quite sure if you really need to provide a real one (it sends you an email with the info but it also lets you view the results after you give them "your" email.) It takes about 5+ minutes to complete though.

Do looks matter? Well, that's a no brainer. But how much does it really matter? Well here's a small study. Of course this is hardly a scientific study, but it just reeks of truth. :)

The Poker Odds Calculator is a little Javascript application that lets you calculate your odds of winning. You know like during the World Poker Tour and the other TV shown tournaments, how they show you the percent chance of each player winning? Well you have that power at the tips of your fingers now!

Heterochromia Iridis is when you have two eyes of different colors. It's just pretty neat looking; and Yuna from Final Fantasy X has that condition. Though that's a video game.

Now a few things: I don't know if this is true or not. It may very well be fake (there's a chance it is a Photoshop job), in fact, I'd like to believe it's not real; but Snopes.Com doesn't have anything about it yet so I can't confirm nor deny it.
