I think I posted this a long time ago but it might've been on the last website. But anyways, here's a video of Sapphire in action. What's Sapphire? It's the liquid that isn't "wet". They use it to fight fires and to prevent water damage. It's still wet but it evaporates very fast, is non conductive (ie you can put electronics in it and it'll be fine) and it doesn't do other stuff like cause ink to run.
