The best way to keep things safe is by (a) putting things where people will never see it(b) having something so secure that even if people find it they will not be able to get it or (c) put it somewhere that people will choose not to look.
Here's one for option C. What better place to hide money and valuables than what appears to be a poop stained underwear?
