Parkour by team evolution based in London. WMV video.

EDIT (bichen): If you don't know what "tricking" is, it's basically doing those martial arts/gymnastic moves for the purpose of looking good rather than effectiveness in a fight. So all that flipping, jumping, and tumbling stuff is usually classified as "tricking". Now what's "parkour"? That's the name (from French) that they associate with the sport of doing crazy ass stuff outdoors, like jumping off walls, across roof tops, etc. here's an article about "Le Parkour". Pretty crazy but cool stuff to watch.

 but it's still interesting. i've seen better parkour in other videos. it's pretty popular now. in fact the new scion commercial features parkour.
